How does it compare to oxy and dilaudid? My tolerance is so high on pharmaceuticals I’ve completely hit a wall. Thinking about totally cycling off PST to see if removing the extra alkaloids in that will open up some receptors. Also what’s a conservative starting dose/route of transmission for someone who’s only catching a small,short buzz off 120mg oxy. Thank you for your time and experience.
