Bought witcher base game on steam can I transfer save file if I buy complete edition from epic games store?

So i bought witcher 3 on steam for 300 rupees and now the complete edition is on sale on epic games for just 283 rupees and dlc on steam costs way higher even in sale...so i was thinking should I buy complete game from epic games store and will the range file transfer automatically?
