Need to charge my plan again, i need suggestions to choose

my mom (god bless her) letted me to buy the anual plan, so im thinking about to see wich one, she says she can pay ex for the actual version. But idk if is neccessary that much... I study for visual arts, and i work mostly with drawing. I do webtoon comic too, aside of that im trying to learn effects to mimitize realism in a video. So... is Pro plan enough or should i go for Ex? what makes both annual plans different?
