How do i (a dummy) learn how to reverse park?

I genuinely find it super confusing and really hard learning how to reverse. Im currently a student driver and my brain starts malfunctioning when im given instructions on how to do it. Im really scared i might hit a car since i keep going in between the parking spaces. I keep taking up 2 parking spaces in empty parking lots when i practice. Ive been trying to watch videos too and i still dont understand. I find it hard to learn normal ways, so i learn best when its extremely detailed or learning visually step by step
