I'm frustrated that "tall" length sizes are now just "regular" sizes and I have to overhaul how I choose my clothes... Again

I'm 5'11" with a 34" inseam and wear plus sizes. Torrid Tall used to fit me, but my last pair shrank significantly after washing to 31" inseem and are unwearable. Torrid extra tall arrived with a 22" inseam despite being labeled 36". So that's obviously some defect, but it is frustrate that as a plus size girl, you can't trust anything. Halara Tall was also much shorter than expected despite being listed as 34". It's always been hard to find tall pants, but when I did, a size tall fit well. In the last year something seems to have changed. The extra tall from halara fits like a tall. They advertise as being 36" so they should be dragging the ground, but they don't go past my sole. Also, halaras tall selections only go up to a size 16, I'm desperate so they are super tight since I wear an 18. Wtf :/
