Can you hear us now? Loudness problem report.

Finally getting a bit of a breather after a very long week of working almost non stop on the loudness issues. The last hurdle was a very subtle bug in ices0 that carried over the last replaygain setting even if no files had replaygain tags. So for long lived ices processes it was killing the loudness even though the files were updated. That was a bit of a headscratcher.

82,748 files encoded and merged so far. More to go but this is 97% of the files currently scheduled for broadcast.

The last channel that doesn't have the loudness fix is opera. Still wrapping that up.

But I've noticed some tuning issues with the encoder for channels with loud contemporary bass heavy masters. I will be addressing that next, but the loud quiet loud problem with 80s, Adore Jazz, blues and classic rock should now be fixed, and should sound quite good now.
