LWD and Level II admission status

Hi everyone I have a deferred exam scheduled for next week but I have been sick and lowkey think it would be better to just LWD from the course as it's just an elective course for me and regardless of my grade on the exam it will make my GPA fall. However I was recently admitted to IRH for second year and my mosaic states I need 30 units of level I for my admission, which I technically satisfy with my deferred exam course. If I LWD from the course will I lose my IRH offer or will I be safe? Thanks everyone
