Advice?

Hey all. Potentially moving to Grand Junction in the near future. Would you call it a good place to live? Pro's and con's of living there? Anything cool to check out or do? Any advice on finding a decent place to rent? (Just me and my dog so the ideal spot would be a smaller home with some sort of yard).
