How to book things like pokemon park, ghibli museum etc?

Hiya. First I want to apologise if this has been asked already before but its really confusing me for some reason.

So im a big pokemon, ghibli and nintendo fan. The pokemon kanto park, cafe, the ghibli museum and nintendo museum are big favourites on my to do list for my trip this novemeber (3rd to the 22nd)!

However im so confused on how I get tickets. Its my first time going abroad and im only 18 so ive been planning this trip completely on my own, and its proving to be really challenging 😆 (although I wasn't expecting it to be easy and I do like the challenge!) Would someone be able to explain to me how I would go about getting them?
