Is shrinking the penis possible??

So basically my partner is genderfluid (amab) and they are dysphoric about their penis not that they have one they just want it to be smaller and not able to get erect. We have no interest in sex as we are both ace.

If y'all are wondering why I am posting this and not them it is because they don't have Reddit and are not interested in getting it!
