Modeling without kitbashing or hacking

Hi hornyforge, hyena clan here

since i start making nsfw minis i always have the feeling i can do More AND better models BUT im broke asf, so i cant afford kitbashing and i dont know anything about hacking the site (AND dont wanna know), so what can i do if i wanna make nipples, dicks, or coochies without paying the kitbashing or hacking anything?

I hear any tip or advice.
