Hysteroscopy D&C and body aches!

I had a hysteroscopy and D&C, 2 polyps were removed yesterday.

I have no cramps or bleeding some hours after the surgery but then today I woke up on this unbearable body aches.

I've never been under general anesthesia and intubation ( I was intubated because I'm very obese), the thing is I don't know where all these pains come from, if it was the anesthesia, the procedure, the position or who knows.

Just posting to see if anyone has been through this before
