Need help with a healing issue.

Hello, first of all English isn't my first language and I am not really fluent in health-related vocabulary. I will try to explain as best as I can. Thank you so much for reading it!

I've pierced my ears in the lobe with surgical steel jewels, the ones that you use for "first pierce" - I think it's labret stud or flatback barbel (from what I could gather from Google).

It's been 6 months and they still haven't healed, there is still a bit of lymph liquid oozing from it (but no bumps, redness or swelling, it looks actually normal).

(I don't know what is downsized jewelry, but I would say it's an average piercing, nothing wild or unusual).

I've been cleaning it with neutral soap, drying it with care, also using saline solution in cold compresses. Just as the professional told me, she is both a body piercer and ex-nurse.

If you have any idea of what could be the issue I would be glad.

Add info: I also have two other piercings (hoops in my helix) that took about 7 months to heal - I have had them for 10 years now. Don't know if this info may help.
