Looking for advice on working holiday

I'm from Australia and I've recently been looking into getting an IEC visa, I wanted to get some suggestions on where exactly to stay in Canada. Where would I have the best luck job searching on an IEC visa, are there any places that would be easier than others?

I'm mainly interested in going for experiencing hikes/scenery and not so much the skiing and winter sports, I also don't speak any French if that influences where I should be staying. Any ideas would be appreciated!
