Employment Verification

Hi All- long time reader, but first time poster here. I’ve found this group to be super helpful.

I’ve been consulting for over 5 years now, and average 50-75 calls per year. Guidepoint has been one of my most frequent networks, but just this past month, I was asked to verify my employment by sending an email directly from my work email to a Guidepoint email. I explained to them that this was not something I’m comfortable doing, as I don’t want any interaction with my work email and an expert network.

In the past, I’ve been able to send a dated screenshot of my email, but that’s no longer sufficient.

I’ve been told I have pending consultations they want to get scheduled for me, but cannot do so unless I comply with this new verification process.

Has anyone faced this as well, and been able to find a work-around that doesn’t involve using your employer email??
