I am planning to create a family compound ama

Myself and a few of my siblings are in the process of planning and saving for a family compound. We hope by this time next year we will be actively looking for land. I am from an area where multi-generational living is still fairly normal but that is typically multiple family members living within one home we are hoping to build more of a community where we are neighbors with one another.
