Which bachelors/bachelorettes have bisexual dialogue?

Hi, so this is a weird question. I am writing an academic paper on how NPCs in SDV that you can romance, are presented as bisexual.

I know that you can romance every bachelor/bachelorette whatever your gender is. But for example with Leah, her ex turns to match the gender of her partner, making her either a lesbian or straight.

On the other hand, Alex expressed in his 10 hearts event that he was suppresing his feelings to a male farmer.

I know that for example Sebastian and Abigail express the sentiment “i never thought I could have feelings for the same gender”.

But what about the rest? I tried to search for their dialogues, but it is rather extensive. So I am asking, pretty please, do you recall any dialogue with Haley, Emily, Shane, Elliot, Penny, Maru, Sebastian or Harvey, that would indicate they are attracted in both genders?
