Michael Wilson or a late 1st in 26?

I've been offered a late 1st for Michael Wilson and I'm torn. According to most rankings he's my 5th best WR and the oldest. I've got a good core of RBs, WRs and TEs. I haven't kept up with rookie rankings this year as much as in the past. Is there any rookies beyond the top few worth a shot in the late 1st?
