Unresponsive R?

Hello everyone

Hope you’re all okay :) I am wondering if anyone has dealt with Peninsula before or some other insurance backed litigation company.

My R completely ignored a WP sent a few months ago before the ET1 was served. Their defence was “robustly defending this in tribunal” or something to ACAS. Their defence reasons to ACAS did not match the actual claims I made. They contacted tribunal to say they were handling the case but gave no name for the person who is actually handling it, so its quite frustrating as I have no clue if anyone is even actively handling it/evaluating my claim. Their ET3 is stuck in the queue of the tribunal so I don’t expect to see it likely for another few months based on how long it took to serve my ET1.

I am wondering if this means they’re confident in their stance, or if this may be normal with this organisation? Their silence is making me doubt myself weirdly enough :/ I thought I was quite confident in my ET1 but now I’m second guessing myself.
