Affordable dermatologist recommendations

70yo male - had consult today. Dermatologist suggested $350+tax to remove a fat deposit type of tag. As a retired person with no insurance, this is too costly. They said it is not medically necessary but it constantly gets stuck in my clothes and pulls. It's in a very inconvenient and uncomfortable spot. Any recommendations for a more affordable clinic I can try? Toronto and GTA please.
