Finally got Codex to spit out actual editable PPT, Word, and Excel files. Took way longer than it should have

I kept hitting the same wall — great output, useless format. You get exactly what you asked for, and then you spend the next hour turning it into an actual file a human can open.

Eventually just sat down and figured out a workflow that skips that whole step. Codex outputs a real .pptx / .docx / .xlsx directly. Open it, edit it, done.

Not a crazy complex setup once you see how it works. Wrote up the whole thing in the comments in case it saves someone else the headache.
