Please can someone help me so i don't lose my account?? i'm literally gonna cry LMAO (this is not funny)

Okay so sorry for the long explanation but its complicated:

I recently just got back into vocaloid and wanted to play pjsk after not playing for a long time, this past week i had been trying to download the update on pjsk on my ipad however it kept freezing mid download. I originally deleted the game and reinstalled it to try fix it - therefore logging me out of my account on my ipad (i just usually log in with game center and have my acc data just on my ipad). I looked into this today and found out that gen 9 ipads and lower (mine is gen 8) are struggling at the moment with the game and its not just me.

I decided to download the game on my phone while i wait for a fix or some announcement with the ipad thing. I download the whole game on my phone and it creates a new account for me (apple also automatically logged in with game center). I realised i needed to transfer my account so i went on to the game on my ipad and found you could get the transfer id option from the title screen HOWEVER because i had deleted the game to try fix it in advance the game on my ipad isn't logged in to any account so it assumes i'm trying to to transfer an account to the ipad instead of the other way round. I also can't do anything with transfer id on the game on my phone

so like tf do i do - i'm literally so upset i've been playing the game for like 3 years and have a lot of cards and crystals and songs

i know my game center password and i'm willing to get in contact with the help center and ask for help but any advice before i do that??
