Oestrogen level increased since Pre T?? 3 Months on T.

Hi folks. I was looking over my previous blood tests and noticed that my Oestrogen levels were 71.3 pmol/L BEFORE I started testosterone, and now about 3-4 months later it has gone up to 99 pmol/L.

My testosterone levels went from 0.45 nmol/L pre T, and are now 13 nmol/L in the trough.

Is this T converting into oestrogen? I've been having changes like body and facial hair growth, clit growth, and voice deepening but I have also started getting bad cramps without bleeding.
