Advice please!

I am going into my junior year. I was trying to take orgo 1 and 2 over the summer but realized I’m way over my head. I’m thinking I should withdraw from orgo 1 lecture then retake gen chem 2 for a better grade since I’m staying on campus anyways. It’s been 11 days since I started and we have another exam. I already have 2 Ws on my transcript am I cooked?
