Taxi
What's interesting about this case is that Andrew was clearly memorable.
- The lady at the train station remembered selling him a ticket.
- The train witness who said he played his games console the entire way.
- The waitress at pizza hut on Oxford Street remembered him.
Then nothing.
I'm starting to believe that he left pizza hut and then a short time after that he hailed a taxi and that was it.
This explains why there are no witnesses after the credible sighting at pizza hut on Oxford Street.
If Andrew who realistically looked 11 or 12 had interacted with anyone else they would have remembered him.
The only way to remove someone like Andrew in broad daylight on a busy Friday afternoon would be by hiding in plain sight.
I think Andrew was the unfortunate victim of a taxi driver. In London around this time there were other taxi drivers committing crimes and I think this could be one of them.
I also think that the single ticket is neither here nor there. His father mentioned that they would often buy single tickets and that he would stay with relatives who lived in London. I think this was probably his plan all along.
