World Cup - 3am Curfew for Bars and Clubs until 7/31

Royale and Big Night venues (aside from Mémoire) will be open until 3am

with guestlist now going until 12am instead of 11pm! (still 11pm for Memoire and Scorpion Bar Boston)

This will be for the next 7 weeks (End of July, when World Cup games and events come to a close)
