Questions

I want to have an electrician do the following:

Install surge protector on the breaker box

Install new lights in both bathrooms

Install light in living area and a switch to turn it on and off

I would also like to do the following:

I want to safely add a standing freezer that has surge amp of 10-15 amps.

Question 1: if the breaker box says the breaker is for "living area " and you add another breaker for the same area how do you know which one belongs to the 15 amp and the 20 amp?

Question 2: do I ask the electrician if I can fit "this light fixture", how does that work?
