Warning: Buyer Beware ArenaClub

I’ve been a loyal customer and have enjoyed AC for a number of years. Recently I hit a literal grail card and tried to retrieve it weeks later. FedEx lost the package in transit but luckily you pay for insurance so the idea is you don’t have to worry about it….

Turns out they will only pay you out based on the cash offer that THEY offered when you pulled the card. The offer is obviously below the market price of any card you pull. The card has gone up in value—tough luck. Even if you pay a higher insurance rate based on the card’s value at the time of retrieval—tough luck. Arena club will not make you whole, they won’t offer anything for your losses.

I’ve never complained about Arena Club but also will never use it again. I can’t recommend it to anyone anymore and the whole process has left a bad taste in my mouth.

When will I get my lower reimbursement? Maybe in 3-4 weeks. Can I get a receipt of when the file is claimed because I don’t believe I will get my money—no.
