I am not Bipolar- but suffering severely with racing intrusive (suicidal ) thoughts. Haven’t not responded to SSRI’s. Has this helped racing thoughts/depression/hopelessness?

I am not Bipolar- but suffering severely with racing intrusive (suicidal ) thoughts. Haven’t not responded to SSRI’s. Has this helped racing thoughts/depression/hopelessness? The thoughts are non stop.
