How to close (yes close) third eye?

I have been hearing voices for several years that like to mock and insult me all day long, from medical standpoint this is a psychotic disorder, but spiritually I have done weed and mushrooms a few years ago (bad trips on both), as well as doing Monroe Gateway tapes in 2022 and attempting to astral project focusing on third eye, which failed but made the voices worse and now I practically hear them all day long. Could be wrong but if anyone thinks this has got to do with the third eye does anyone know how to tune all that shit out? Thank you
