Tooth extraction: day two, puke

Hello! Sorry, ankther post but I have two questions. Im 14f, upper right tooth extraction Day 2. I have this thing where I always throw up everyday (Ive had it for a year and half. The doctors are looking into it but dont know what it is yet) i puke no matter what, if i eat or dont eat, drink or no drink, i puke up, acid if I dont eat food, and throw up whatever i ended up eating/drinking. If I puke is it very bad while this is healing? I don't want to, tried really hard and when it came up I swallowed it down. but its something I can't control. What would you suggest like to do if I throw up? Is it bad? Will I get like an infection or anything? Or will the clot dislodge?

Also second small question: ik you can eat ice cream as it heals but am wondering where you're supposed to eat it. On the side that didn't get the extraction? Or does it not matter? Sorry if its dumb, just wondering
