Should I not even bother applying to a school if I have a good MCAT but my GPA falls under their 10th percentile?

I went to one of the "grade-deflated" ivies and I think my cGPA comes in at around 3.75 so I'm wondering if I should cut stat-whorey schools like NYU from my school list, especially because I don't think I have any exceptional ECs or x-factor.

As another note, if I don't count the college credit classes I took in high school, that goes up to 3.80; does that mean anything?? 😭😭😭😭
