Sertraline and pregabalin

I’m on Pregabalin 200mg 3x for day for anxiety and have just been prescribed Sertraline 25mg. I’ve been having panic attacks and I’m soooo nervous as Venlafaxine gave me serotonin syndrome.

Has anyone had this combo before? I also have Diazepam 2mg PRN so I’m hoping that helps the start.
