do Ensure drinks make you bloated?

just wondering if this is normal 😭 i’m quite underweight so doctors are having me drink Ensure plus calories & the high protein ones. i’ve been drinking 3-4 a day for about a week and seemed to have gained 1-2 pounds so far. they taste good which is a plus but i find they make me bloated. it’s tolerable so far, but just annoying. idk if i’m drinking them too fast or too close together? is this normal or should i tell my doctor?
