Is anyone even getting responses to applications?

Is anyone getting some kind of response to their applications? I’ve sent many applications for contract opportunities as well as FTE W2, but I can’t even get a response. I have a decades worth of study management experience but it doesn’t seem like I can get past the initial application process. I don’t know how my colleagues are finding new jobs.
