Impossibly tall hotel/office building?

Has anyone else visited this?

I often dream about an extremely tall hotel or office building depending on the night. I always take an elevator up to the top floor and it has a crazy view, usually I can’t tell I’m very high up because I’m in the clouds or can see the whole city. Once I reach the top floor, I walk outside to the roof and then across a bridge that leads to a store or restaurant or a party that seems to just be floating. It’s always a super high end place. Sometimes the elevator is very odd or doesn’t work (I have to get off at a random floor and wait for a different elevator, or it’s just a weird shape).
