It was months of effort, but Natasha had finally done it. She’d blown the whole thing open—and she was going to be famous!

Six months ago, Natasha had been a failing true crime podcaster. She had a few listeners, sure, but she never could find fresh, new stories that people would care about—it was all just her own take on rehashed serial killers. Frankly, she suspected a lot of her listeners were just guys who liked her looks.

But then, looking over a list of missing persons cases for anything of note, she saw it—at least six different missing persons cases in a 70 mile radius of a small village called Stark Falls near the New York-Vermont border. All woman, all attractive. She knew the names by heart by now. Briana Thompson, Lea Devereaux, Pooja Chakravarti, Helen Mizushino, Paola Ochoa, Polina Kuznetsova. Of course, no bodies were ever recovered and no traces were ever found. But Natasha knew this was her big break.

So she’d moved there. She’d rented a house just outside of town, posing as an author writing a historical fiction about the town during the Revolutionary War. Unfortunately, the locals weren’t very welcoming—it took a while to get any of them to open up about anything. But she’d dug and chiseled away, and soon come up with a list of potential suspects. The local sheriff. The lumber mill owner. The loner who lived on the far side of town. She knew she’d figure out which it was eventually.

And she’d even made a friend: Aiden, the owner and bartender of the local bar! She’d stopped by enough times after a fruitless day, he’d chatted her up, and they’d warmed to each other quickly. He was even kind of cute in a small-town way, and eventually she’d even divulged to him the real reason for her stay in town.

He’d been understanding, and even helped her make some contacts. One of which had just paid off. Her source in the sheriff’s office had gotten her a copy of the sheriff’s hard drive, which she’d taken back to the house to review, and it was a gold mine. Emails. Photos. Disgusting porno of the missing women.

She’d called Aiden first. “I figured it out! They’re all in it together!” He’d promised to be right over, and ten minutes later he was. She showed him the laptop and he pored over it, clicking through.

“Shit…” he muttered.

“…you really weren’t supposed to get this far.”

He must have been able to see the way her blood ran cold, because he put his hands up, palms out, and gave a sheepish smile. “Hey, hey, just stay calm, don’t panic. The house is surrounded obviously, so don’t do anything dumb. Let’s just sit down and talk things over. I’m sure we can find a solution that works for everyone.”

She kept herself from hyperventilating and moved to a chair. “Like, one in which I don’t become the next girl on the list?”

Aiden chuckled and winced. “Oh no, you’re already the next girl on the list. But there’s different ways of being that girl!”

Hello all! I had an idea today that grew into a full prompt here—it’s a bit dark, and a bit tongue-in-cheek, and I love the juxtaposition. Basically, an investigator has uncovered proof of a sex slavery ring in a small town that’s been disappearing women—but they found out about her first. And now one of the members is here to politely explain to her what she can expect out of her new life!

Now, since I feel that the conversation is the main scene, I want to play it a bit unrealistically: she’s not breaking down and begging, she can keep her wits, she’s basically getting the best scoop interview of her life. But the atmosphere of very extreme danger that she’s in will still be there.

The character of “Natasha” is just a placeholder, and I’m very happy to replace her with whoever you would like. If you prefer she be a private investigator, or even an FBI agent or something, we can work with that as well.

My kinklist is very long, so I don’t have a full chart. In terms of limits as long as it isn't incest or something with significantly older men, I'm probably down for it (or at least willing to try!)
