What do you love about RPG events?

Hail, fellow adventurers, we have a question for you!

What makes a Tabletop RPG event something that you would want to visit and be part of? A weekend dedicated to various RPG‘s, such as D&D, Call of Cthulhu, etc… and be honest, we want to improve and make gaming events better!

All answers welcome!
