asus rog strix g18 g815lr-s9320w turned off while playing new Lego Batman won’t turn on.

I filed a support with ASUS but I wasn’t sure if there was anything else I could do. Purchased the laptop less than a month ago and playing Lego Batman the pc just turned off and it was a bit hot even though it was elevated with an extra fan stand I figured I would let it cool down and then try to boot it up again after that.

Now it doesn’t show any light when plugged into the power source and will not turn on. I have tried the 60 second power button without plugs and everything.

Just waiting for support but I use this laptop for work as well and obviously if my only option is to wait for support I will!
