I personally find it hard to find a simple task manager. I want something that's traditional things-like: straightforward, not a lot of fancy features, clean look, etc. I kinda wanna have an AI agent there for me to help me organize when i don't wanna manual everything (since why not haha). Basically i want something that's very simple and manageable and have a quick ai assistant there to help me.

btw the video is ai-gen (plz don't judge me) since i don't wanna screen-record myself lol.

So this app i built is mainly for myself and for my small team so that it's easy to use, clear interface, and a reliable ai assistant for me. This app does:
\- create projects/subprojects

\- live updates for teams

\- create teams

\- kanban board view and list view

\- quick add a task, edit a task (with deadlines, priority, assign to another person etc)

\- drag and drop everywhere

\- ai assistant

please feel free to let me know if this scope makes sense for personal use and/or for small team, and if i should add anything that ppl usually need for a task management app?
