Tarcoin changes [Discussion]

Now that tarcoins can't go in containers, the "gamers" are now out in force hunting down anyone with coins in their inventory. Ive been hunted and laserbeamed 5 out of 5 times now. As a test I even went and hid in a random room with zero loot or quest requirements on streets. I was still found and executed by a shift w gamer.
