Places to give away (women's) clothing in Capitol Hill or nearby neighborhood

Hi! I just moved to Capitol Hill and am really having to downsize on my belongings. I have a lot of women's clothing I want to give away, mostly tops but also skirts, socks, and some hats. I know there's Goodwill, but is there a good place like a shelter where I could just drop off three large bags full of clothing? Thanks!
