Warzone feels extremely jittery after season 4 update ( PC )

Warzone gameplay is extreme jittery after the update , but still running about 180-200FPS. currently on nvidia DLSS.
watched a bunch of videos on youtube , still jittery unless switched on frame generation and then it became butter smooth. how do I fix this jittery problem without turning on frame generation ?
