To casual resellers (not scalpers)
I'm seeing a lot of people complaining about not being able to sell their tickets, even if they are listing below average price. Folks, let's be real. The tickets are too expensive! Buyers, specially at this point, are looking for real deals. Scalpers that have a significant inventory will drip their tickets to maintain the prices artificially high (just like FIFA is doing with the original tickets). If you wanna sell, you need to go way below the minimum price now (not just a few bucks).
For example:
- Qatar x Switzerland is going for almost $300. People will probably pay $100 for this game.
- Portugal x Congo is almost $800. You need to go closer to $200.
Your buyer now is not the guy that access the site and finds the cheapest ticket. The buyer now access the site and only buy if it's reasonable.
I know you will be losing money. But you will be losing all of it if you don't sell. FIFA made it expensive for you to buy, and FIFA and Scalpers together are making it hard for you to sell.
My recommendation: get your 100 bucks, buy some tequila, and forget you ever bought the tickets in the first place
