Dining Recommendation for Arrival Day

My family of four including two kids (5 and 3 years) will be visiting in September. We’re staying at the Bay Lake Tower Resort and won’t have park tickets for our arrival day. My husband and I are also vegetarian. What restaurant would ya’ll recommend for dinner at one of the resorts on the monorail route? I’ve watched several of the Disney Food Guide videos and can’t decide. Thanks so much!
