Help me find this 90s PI show that was not Magnum

So every once in a while I get nostalgic for my childhood and I remember a show I watched briefly. I was watching early/mid 90s but no idea if it was reruns or what. It was probably a Magnum knockoff or maybe a Baywatch knockoff.
The guy had long hair. I THINK he wore floral print shirts and I THINK it took place in Hawaii or someplace similar.

Anyone remember this????? 😜

Go team!
