I dreamt of murder and suicide in a genuinely scary way
I call it a nightmare but it wasm't exactly so scary, rather wprrying. It was an incredibly long dream because I had trouble sleeping but I only remember the last and more significant part.
I went to the woods with a man with a familiar face and killed him near a creek, I had a not very personal reason to kill that man and I did it with cold blood. Then his dead body turned into my dog's body and it started bleeding. Now the twist is that when I have lucid dreams I realise I'm in a dream but can't take control over it. I squatted down and started crying because I killed my dog, I knew it wasn't really my dog and that it was just the body of the man that turned because it was a weird dream, but the fact that it looked like my dog made me sick. At that point I thought that maybe one day I'd hate I'd hate myself to the point of finally committing suicide and knowing it was a dream I specificated I wanted it for real life too.
Like the girl says in the movie Stay (2005) "to hate yourself so much that you bring 2 blades with you in the bath tub to make sure you finish the job"
And then psychologists have the gut to say I'm perfectly fine. Maybe it's because I turn unemotional when I'm with people I'm not completely comfortable with and they don't understand me.
