Do you think weed and psilocybin should be legal?

Both are safer than alcohol and nicotine and lower abuse potential. I Personally think they should be legal and legal commercially too. Yes I am speaking from experience but have tried weed twice, 1 good experience, 1 bad and tried psilocybin once, had no visuals but had an afterglow for a bit. Let me know what you think. Its ok to have a different opinion to me. Be kind please and thank you.
