What do you think is going on?

Hi guys. I’m a little lost and confused.
Currently waiting for my vet to get back to me but would like your advice on what you think.

My baby dog Honey is 5 years young.
She’s a Labrador Retriever/pitbull Mix
She was recently prescribed Zenrilla and it’s worked wonders for her seasonal allergies compared to Aproquel.

Lately tho she’s been diagnosed as jaundice by the Petco vet. She becoming super tired, has a fever, she will not eat much of anything but will drink water fine.
She pooped a couple days ago. But hasn’t lately since she’s barely ate anything. She pees fine, it’s just a super dark yellow.

I went to do blood work at a Petco clinic because my normal vet is just becoming too expensive and money is low even though I have a decent job. My debt is catching up to me.

I just wonder if the Petco vet is wrong when they say it has nothing to do with the zenrilla.
I’m starting to think it is, so I haven’t given her zenrilla and plan to re do the blood test next week since that’s when my normal vet can actually see her 🙄

Please don’t give me a hard time about how I’m a bad owner. I’m beating myself up a lot and crying all day. Just want someone else’s advice about this.
And yes I’ve called other clinics but they just don’t answer or dont have room to help.

Aside from her bad side affects, she still has energy to play, becomes super excited when she sees anyone that’s not me and still does her protection job at the vet even tho it’s not needed

I’ve attached her blood work so you guys can take a look.
The Petco clinic says she needs an ultrasound and possibly will be hospitalized for treatment and I’m waiting for her normal vet to review the blood test and let me IF an ultrasound is actually needed. If so, that’s will happen next week on Tuesday

Thanks for reading and I will appreciate your thoughts
