Interview for sales role- do I take out piercing?

I have an interview for a sales job at a Honda dealership coming up tomorrow. The GM had called me and said he liked my resume and we just went over some things and he said he was interested in interviewing me. Things seem good there but I completely forgot about my permanent nose ring piercing I’d have to go out today to get it removed at a shop or something. Wondering if I should go to the interview confident and see if he says anything (most likely will) or if I should just go get it taken out.
